Exchange & Return Policy

At Bigwear.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Exchange Policy

  • Bigwear.pk does not offer refunds or returns.
  • Customers may request an exchange for size or color only, subject to product availability.

2. Defective Products

  • Exchanges are only applicable if the received product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Customers must report the issue within 15 days of receiving the order.

3. Exchange Procedure

  • After approval, customers must send the product to the Bigwear.pk warehouse address using any courier service.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Undamaged
    • In original condition

Items that are washed, used, or damaged will not qualify for exchange.


4. Sale Items

  • Products purchased on sale are eligible for size exchange only, depending on availability.
  • Color exchange or refunds are not applicable on sale items.

5. Lost Shipment Policy

  • In case of a lost shipment, customers must inform Bigwear.pk via email with complete order details.
  • Bigwear.pk will initiate an investigation with the courier service.
  • If the claim is verified, a replacement product will be issued.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return courier charges when sending items for exchange.
