Exchange & Return Policy
At Bigwear.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Exchange Policy
- Bigwear.pk does not offer refunds or returns.
- Customers may request an exchange for size or color only, subject to product availability.
2. Defective Products
- Exchanges are only applicable if the received product has a manufacturing defect.
- Customers must report the issue within 15 days of receiving the order.
- To initiate a claim, send clear pictures of the defective item through:

3. Exchange Procedure
- After approval, customers must send the product to the Bigwear.pk warehouse address using any courier service.
- The product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original condition
Items that are washed, used, or damaged will not qualify for exchange.
4. Sale Items
- Products purchased on sale are eligible for size exchange only, depending on availability.
- Color exchange or refunds are not applicable on sale items.
5. Lost Shipment Policy
- In case of a lost shipment, customers must inform Bigwear.pk via email with complete order details.
- Bigwear.pk will initiate an investigation with the courier service.
- If the claim is verified, a replacement product will be issued.
6. Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return courier charges when sending items for exchange.
